Serves 3-4 Prep Time: 5 min Cook Time: 30 min Ingredients: 2 Tbsp Cooking Oil 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic 1 Small Onion (Diced) - 1/2 cup 1 Tomato (Diced) 2 Cups Rice - Any kind of rice will work (Make sure to follow the appropriate cooking instructions) 4 Cups Liquid - Chicken stock or Water (Or a combination of both - The more chicken stock the more flavorful your Pilaf will turn out) Seasoning - Any of your favorite spices (Chilli Powder, Paprika, Black Pepper, etc) and Salt (Be careful when adding salt as Stock is already salty) Always taste the liquid before adding the seasoning.
