| Video Discription | The Mechanist's Lair Minutemen settlement build. My take on a robot manufacturing/recycling factory. Restoring the Commonwealth can't be just on manpower alone! I utilized as much space as I can for services and facilities supporting a standard settlement. A small residential dorm was created at the center of the lair complete with lavatories and amenities. The rooms that connect the various wings of the lair were turned into service spots for a coffee shop, clinic and a barber, why not? Resources support up to 10 settlers.
