The videos show the unguided rockets impacting in a residential area inside the city. Just yesterday Ukrainian troops repelled an Russian advance in to the city. It is likely that this strike was held out as a response to this in order to prepare another assault on to the city. According to a Ukrainian advisor dozens of people became victim of the attack with many more wounded.
