| Video Discription | Rose & Pistachio Kheer Ingredients 1-litre full-fat milk 1/4 cup broken/kheer rice 3 tbsp sugar 2.5 tbsp rose syrup Chopped Pistachios & Dry Rose Petals for Serving Procedure Take a deep vessel add in milk and bring it to a boil. Now once boiled add in washed rice. Mix it well. Cook this on medium to high flame for 15-20 mins. Keep stirring in intervals. You will see the milk has reduced a bit. Now check the rice if it's cooked add in sugar + rose syrup. Mix well and cook for 10 mins till you get the right consistency. Once done cool it. Refrigerate kheer for 4-5 hours.
