The tank has flat surfaces on either side and that’s where we think the Royal Enfield badging will appear on the tank. The rear-end, though, looks like that of the all-new Royal Enfield Himalayan 450, with the tail light integrated into the LED indicators. The split grab rail design is different from the smaller capacity Scram. The upcoming Hunter 450 gets a telescopic fork for a competitive pricing, and monoshock suspension setup. We wouldn’t mind not having an inverted fork as long as it is tuned well. The raised handlebar and the mid set footpeg positioning translates to an upright riding position similar to that of the Hunter 350. The round instrument console is mostly the same unit found on the Himalayan 452. The Scram 452 seems to get 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wheels with block-pattern tyres and the alloy wheel design seems similar to that of the Shotgun 650. It will be powered by the same 450cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, Sherpa engine found in the Himalayan 450, where it produces 40.02PS and 40Nm. The engine tuning of the engine in the Scram 450 is expected to be different to better suit the roadster’s character.
