| Video Discription | In this video we're installing and testing the latest Renogy ONE solar energy management monitor, the Core. It's pretty amazing what this little 4 inch touchscreen device can do. This is an upgrade to the Renogy ONE M1 that was released in 2022. The potential for either of these devices is crazy whether your off-grid home is stationary, floats or rolls like ours. Connects and monitors all of your solar energy components (wirelessly through bluetooth, or wired communication cables - Hub recommended) 2. Connects to the Renogy DC Home App on your smart phone for remote monitoring of your system (wifi & data connection required). 3. RV leveling feature helps you level your RV in real time, either through watching the CORE screen or by connecting your phone. 4. Connect to Smart Home Automation devices (door / window monitor, remote A/C power outlet, smart relays, and more). 5. Program the Smart devices to perform routines like turning on lights when you open the door, start the coffee maker in the morning, and alert you to any unintended entry into your RV, boat or off-grid home. Connection to Renogy DC Home App couldn't be easier and allows you to view all of your devices in the app. 3. 4' HD touch screen is clear and super intuitive to use. 4. The potential for adding new components and home energy automation is impressive. 5. Works well even without a subscription plan. What we are not so crazy about: 1. The device uses Bluetooth to show the RV leveling data in real time, but the connection has a distance limitation (around 10ft) so, for folks like us who pull a trailer you cannot use your phone to watch the RV level data from the driver's seat.
