| Video Discription | Reminising my visit to the beautiful city of Bath.❤️ Had my supper at the The Sally Lunn Bun House, which is the oldest house in Bath made in 1498, it is now a part museum and a part restaurant. I visited here specifically owing to its vintage vibe and the oh so famous, Sally Lunn Bun or the Bath Bun. Bath is famous for its very own authentic buns which are part buns, part bread and part cake. They are somehow similar to the French Brioche Bread. As for the dinner is concerned, I had the Vegan Savoury Mushroom Pie with mashed potatoes and the Toasted Bath Bun with garlic and parsley butter. For the dessert, I had the Somerset Apple and Pear crumble which was served with Bay custard. The experience was exhilarating and was totally in awe of the vibe the place had. Waitress so soft spoken, dressed in vintage gowns definitely added to all of it. It is said a French refugee named Sally Lunn eloped and came to Bath and open a bakery here in 1680 and since then they have not looked back. Anyway, its a very interesting place to be at and a must visit if you happen to visit Bath. I was there for an early dinner so was lucky enough to find a spot without the wait.
