The majority of the 378 islands have no inhabitants, but on the larger ones you will find the gentle native people known as the Kuna’s. San Blas is an autonomous territory in Panama formally called Kuna Yala. It has never been so easy to be mindful and so present anywhere else than on an island in San Blas archipelago. I feel blessed that I have had an opportunity to discover this amazing place on earth and to come back here again.
