| Video Discription | Frank Hester, one of the Conservative party's biggest donors, said that Diane Abbott 'makes him want to hate all black women' and that she 'should be shot'. Sangita Myska believes this week has been 'one of the most morally bankrupt periods in our history' because of the way Diane Abbott has been treated. Ms Abbott stood up 46 times in the House of Commons to try and speak about the matter, but was denied. Sangita condemns the 'slow' response of Rishi Sunak to call Mr Hester's remarks 'racist', and the fact that the Conservatives have not returned the £10m he has given to them. The Tories are also 'sitting on' another £5m from the donor, and have not said if they will be returning the funds. Earlier this week, Lewis Goodall said on LBC that if the Conservatives accept the £5m, it would take their total donations from him to around 40% of their total general election fund.
