Pricky was in Washington DC on business and excitedly called ‘Dr Wendy’ from the money transfer office, about to make the payment. This shrewd Scammer was the first we had ever heard using a voice-changing app on his phone. He was using 2 phones and pretending to be 2 characters, ‘Dr Wendy’ (the woman) and ‘Dr Perry’ (the man).
