Gradually add warm water until well combined. Mix in oil until the dough forms. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until it’s smooth and elastic. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes. Divide the dough based on the size you want your tortillas (fourths for medium tortillas, halves for large tortillas). Roll each ball into a thin, round tortilla on a floured surface. Heat a pan on medium-high and cook each tortilla for about a minute on each side until you see light brown spots.
