Disclaimers: - i am not a professional (yet) - This is what has worked for me - Please practise in moderation, these techniques are strenuous on your voice when you are inexperienced and/or done incorrectly - practise 5 mins every 2 to 3 days or so - STOP when it starts to hurt - drink plenty of fluids - eat healthily (avoid spicy and oily foods) - rest First off, warm up before you start trying this out.
