A visit to the DNV (District of North Vancouver) to attempt to shed light on the dark world of "family law", its practitioners and various bad actors aiding in the destruction of family relations beyond mere divorce in British Columbia, Canada. A continuing investigation to help bring awareness of the pervasive use of false allegations and the misuse of "Protection Orders" to thwart shared parenting and cut off males, fathers and children precious parenting time. This discriminatory practice is known as the "silver bullet" in "high conflict" cases. Judiciary know full well the harm and child abuse denial of access constitutes because it is simply "grist for the mill." My son has been withheld (2,234days) since June 14, 2018 then age 8 (the subject of my first short film "My Son"), now his sister (4 years apart), also the same age when further withholding began, despite Orders of Supreme Court to protect her healthy relationship from a similar fate. All to no avail against the OP, lawyer of ill repute & biased judge (Joanne Challenger) in the lower Provincial court. #w5 Why such heavy handed, Draconian measures against a loving father after nine years of both 50/50 Equal Shared Parenting and ongoing Divorce proceedings in a higher court jurisdiction? Something doesn't add up when normal parents are prevented from seeing their children after a 15 second chance encounter of family withheld and taken out of province across the country to Nova Scotia. Who is hiding key facts of this case, never heard with Procedural Fairness, lacking all jurisprudence by a DNV, Provincial judge in conflict, who allows repeated, dubious Ex parte applications sans evidence, new or otherwise and flagrantly extends Protection Orders to the maximum "term" (700 days to date) based on legal email communication between parties? When? Each year on or before my birthday... Coincidence or sadistic predilection/penchant for misandry based on narcissism and "daddy issues" not limited to the OP? What interest is there in making OUR children suffer unduly, fatherless; causing real harm, duress and a life sentence of developmental problems through enabling frivolous attempts to bring criminality to a peaceable father without a "record"?
