In this #FishFryRecipe, Fish is mixed with various spices, coated with Rava and shallow-fried. You can now make this crispy #FishRavaFry with Cookd's simple recipe and serve it hot. Fish Rava Fry Recipe: Fish - 500 grams Oil (for shallow-frying) - As Needed Marination: Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp Salt - 1 tsp Rice Flour - 2 tbsp Water - A Few Drops Rava Coating: Rava - ½ Cup Salt - ½ tsp Cooking Instructions: 1. Mix all the ingredients for the marination together. Add water as needed to form a smooth and thick paste. 2. Coat the fish in the marination. Marinate for at least 30 minutes. 3. Combine the Rava with salt in a plate/bowl. 4. Coat the fish in the Rava. 5. Shallow fry in oil until cooked and crisp on both sides, a total of 5-7 minutes depending on the size of the fish pieces. Cooking Tips: 1. You can use any fish of your choice for this recipe. 2.
