| Video Discription | Shabbat Dips and Salads Part 3: Roasted Eggplant Salad/ Lettuce Beet Salad/ Carrot Salad/ Egg Salad/ Cabbage Salad Carrot craisin salad 2-3 med size carrots shred small 2 TBS lemon juice, 3 crushed garlics, 1-2 TBS dill , handful of craisins, 2-3 TBS mayo, s/p Roasted eggplant salad/ modified bojon Tin foiled eggplant on open flame for 15-20 mins until charred and fork comes out easily . Scoop out. Add ½ med tomato, 2 garlic, lemon, some cilantro, salt . add eggplant and lemon/salt. Blend all in food processor until all pulsed. Egg salad 5-6 Boiled cubed eggs, 2 TBS dill or scallions, 2 crushed garlics, mayo, s/p Cabbage salad Cole slaw, red bell pepper, cilantro or other choice of greens, s/p, lemon juice and avocado oil Mix gently to avoid becoming mushy Welcome to my new series here on this channel of Shabbat Dips and Salads!
