The Supreme Court stayed all the proceedings of Disqualification. The Chief Justice said that the Maharashtra matter will now be heard by the Constitutional Bench. The court said in its order that neither the old speaker will take action against the MLAs of Shinde Group nor will the new speaker take action against the MLAs of Uddhav Group.
