Psalm 103. The Powerful Sound of the Shofar is Healing and causes confusion in the enemy's camp, when blown it clears the air around us.... Rejoice and give thanks to the Living God and our father Jesus the Lord... The ram’s horn, the Shofar, is a reminder of Abraham’s sacrifice of Isaac and GOD’s provision of a ram as a substitute. (Isaac: Who at Yom Kippur (Day of Atonement) is the “Akedah” in the binding of Isaac story about sub-situnary sacrifice!) And Abraham lifted up his eyes, and looked, and behold behind him a ram caught in a thicket by his horns: and Abraham went and took the ram, and offered him up for a burnt offering in the stead of his son. (Revelation 1:10) John was taken up to Heaven in the Book of Revelation by the sound of the shofar. (Revelation 4:1) Seven (trumpets) shofars are sounded when God judges the earth during the tribulation. (Revelation 8-9) Seven Shofars were blown before the ark of God.
