Now you can stop ordering this dish for takeout and experience the next level Sichuan MA LA FLAVOR! It's so good! The dry chilies, Sichuan peppercorn, garlic, scallion, just all mixed so well together and creating an incredible aroma! Other than the enormous amount of dry chilies and Sichuan peppercorns we use, this dish is actually very simple! It really reminds me of the name of Chengdu which is "tian fu", meaning "the land of plenty". We use plenty of chilies and Sichuan peppercorns to create this perfect fragrant spicy dish! Such a wonderful way to celebrate! Well, I enjoyed so much making this dish and I hope you give it a try because I guarantee that you'll absolutely love it!!
