It is now under the Alltown Fresh brand, which is the company’s new name and is currently rebranding multiple other sites to this. This is Alltown’s (Fresh) second car wash location in Nashua. The other is located on Amherst street with the other car washes, and features a PDQ ProTouch Tandem. That site was a On-The-Run before being rebranded to Alltown. This one was one too, but was rebranded before the Amherst street location. And the old system here lasted longer than the one on Amherst. The wash here previously held a PDQ LaserWash 4000, while the one on Amherst held a PDQ LaserWash G5. This one (as stated before) lasted a bit longer than the G5, as that one was replaced in 2016 while this one was still running. However, it was eventually replaced with a used Ryko Radius, that came from a location in Manchester as they got a new SoftGloss MAXX 5. The radius was installed here, replacing the old 4000. The radius had on-board dryers and oddly, this station kept the LaserDri dryers, so the Radius did a pass of the on-board dryers first, then you drive through the LaserDri dryers. I have seen this before on the LW360, not a Ryko Radius. It was interesting. The radius here wasn’t a great wash at first. It stole your money and would only give you the express wash. Not only that, but the employees inside the store were pretty rude when you asked for a refund. Thankfully, the wash eventually got fixed and you get the wash that you paid for. This location was closed for renovations when I tried to film a retake of the Radius here. The reason why was to install new wash pumps and redo the exterior and interior of the C-Store. I didn’t know that they would also renovate the car wash. They ripped out the old Radius machine and installed a BRAND NEW WashWorld RAZOR! Alltown’s second RAZOR and first 4th Gen model! Just like the radius, they kept the LaserDri Dryers and also have On-board dryers. So if you purchase the top wash, you receive both. This was also filmed on the very first day the wash reopened! Chemicals are from Simoniz, including the Hot Wax & Shine, Ceramic Sealant and now, the Graphene infused Carbonite surface hardener. This however, is a $4 add-on to any wash and isn’t included in any of the wash packages. The wash shown in this video was the $20 Ultimate Wash, with the $4 add-on for the Graphene infused Carbonite surface hardener. The pass of the on-board dryers left our car basically bone dry and I really like how they kept the old LaserDri dryers from the LW4000 that was originally here!
