Have you implemented buffering (using a moisturiser before your tret)? Are you purging? The hardest part is dealing with your skin going backwards- although this is temporary and I promise it does get better if you can push through. If you have or are currently purging- Assess how long it’s been and start documenting your progress, it may help you realise that your skin is slowly getting out of this purging stage.
