| Video Discription | The change on the nose areas are not as dramatic or obvious as on the body or other parts of your face. You cannot expect overnight changes by doing the exercise once a week. Remember the nose is made of cartilage not muscle, so we can only work on the muscles around the nose. You need patience. You need to do the exercise daily. You need to do the exercise diligently. Then you will see the results. It does not take long. All you need is less than 5 minutes. Take “Before” photos from many different angles. And “see” the results objectively in a few weeks! I believe first that anyone who has a nose is beautiful. I do apologize if you have taken this offensively. Understand that in the field of beauty its a multi billion dollar market, with all these creams, lighteners, cosmetics, etc. Many people who are dark like their skin lighter and lighter skin people like their skin darker. There are those who like their nose bigger or smaller. This is a video not for everyone and only for those people who are interested in doing this exercise.
