Try this delicious Shakshuka Recipe and Do share your feedback! #shakshuka #ShakshukaRecipe ShakShuka Recipe In English Ingredients for Shakshuka : 2-3 tbsp Oil 1 cup Onion 1 cup Bell pepper 2 tbsp Tomato paste 2 cups Tomato puree Salt to taste 1 tsp Paprika 1/2 tsp crushed red chili 1 tsp Cumin powder 1 tsp Brown sugar 6 eggs 1 tbsp Coriander Red chili for garnishing Directions: - In a pan heat oil, add onion and sauté for 2 minutes. - Add bell pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes. - Add tomato paste, mix it well. - Add tomato puree and cook for 4-5 minute on medium heat. - Add salt, paprika, crushed red chili powder, cumin powder, brown sugar, mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes on medium heat or until mixture thickens. - Make holes in the mixture and add eggs in each hole. - Cover the lid and cook for 7-8 minutes on medium low heat. - Sprinkle coriander and red chilies. Preparation Time: 8-10 minutes Cooking Time: 15-20 minutes Serving: 6 ShakShuka Recipe In Urdu شک شکا اجزاء: کھانے کا تیل 2-3کھانے کے چمچ پیاز 1کپ شملا مرچ 1کپ ٹماٹر پیسٹ 2کھانے کے چمچ پسے ہوئے ٹماٹر 2کپ نمک حسبِ ذائقہ پیپریکا 1چائے کا چمچ کٹی لال مرچ آدھا چائے کا چمچ ذیرہ پاؤڈر 1چائے کا چمچ براؤن شوگر 1چائے کا چمچ انڈے 6عدد دھنیا 1کھانے کا چمچ لال مرچ گارنش کے لئے ترکیب: ایک برتن میں کھانے کا تیل گر م کریں اس میں پیاز ڈال کر 2منٹ کے لئے بھون لیں۔ شملا مرچ ڈال کر 2-3منٹ پکائیں۔ اب اس میں ٹماٹر پیسٹ ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کر لیں۔ پسے ہوئے ٹماٹر ڈال کر 4-5منٹ درمیانی آنچ پر پکائیں۔ اب اس میں نمک، پیپریکا ، کٹی لال مرچ، ذیرہ پاؤڈراور براؤن شوگر ڈال کر درمیانی آنچ پر 4-5منٹ پکا لیں۔ مکسچر کے درمیان میں جگہ بنا کر اس میں انڈے توڑتوڑ کے ڈالتے جائیں اور ہلکی آنچ پر 7-8منٹ پکالیں۔ ہرا دھنیا اور باریک کٹی لال مرچ کا ٹ کر سرو کریں۔ تیاری کا وقت: 08-10منٹ پکانے کا وقت: 15-20منٹ افراد: 6 KScdGh_Qv7w |
