The Horn: A family curse or the potential cure to save mankind from extinction ? Director's Statement What I feel most compelling about this story is its vast scope, philosophical concepts, individual integrity, and it quietly asks; what is it to be patriotic; when faced with an impossible choice, what would you do? What does it take? Who does it take? – to make those choices. Who risks themselves to make things seem right? To find the genres of Horror and Science Fiction combined; is a very rare sight in the movie industry. Why is that? If not pieced together properly; lack of attention to detail would cause errors in continuity and thereby result in plot holes; and we do not want that! However, I wanted a challenge. Battling against hardships is a talent and requires you to be brave, and I wanted that adrenaline rush and excitement when creating this movie. What started as a simple concept to be brave got me into a place I have never thought I would before. It had fixed myself personally and had developed my skill further, which I think would aid me much effectively in my upcoming projects; and I think I am ready to take on any challenge in the future. To add onto the challenge, I wanted to find the fine line between Buddhist philosophy and Science Fiction; and I am glad to have thickened that line, to develop such a plot for this movie.
