Fact is, people will come into this industry who aren't here to stay and those are usually the ones that take motor club's competitive rate. The low ball or competitive rate is for suckers and don't let anyone tell you different. I notice a lot of people change their rates when business is slow but this is one of the biggest mistakes a newbie can make in the industry. When you do this you are only low balling yourself. Building your business solely around motor clubs is like building a house on sand. It will not and cannot stand, diversity is key. This industry has its ups and downs. There will be slow days, there will be slow weeks and there will be slow months but as a business owner you have to have the resilience to weather through the storm and wait for when your time calls.
