Transcript: For the pec stretch, you can use either a corner of a room or doorway. You want to bring your arms up in a comfortable position up against the corners of the walls or doorway and bring one foot in a staggered position. Then you want to gently lens your body forward, keeping your head in a neutral position until you feel a gentle stretch across your chest area. This should not elicit pain, but more of a comfortable stretch feeling. You can also play with the angle of your hands in more of an upward position to get a different stretch across your chest or you can lower your arms down. you want to hold this position for approximately two minutes and repeat this two to three times.
