Just to be clear, I don't have any animosity toward "The Fitness Addict" and I think Tyrone Esix is just a simple guy who genuinely wants to put out helpful content. However, his muscle building and fat loss information can be quite inaccurate at times and so I think a critique here and there is warranted. Tyrone has taken a lot of heat over the past year from certain YouTube channels (primarily from Every Damn Day Fitness) in videos such as "The Fitness Addict Makes ANOTHER Protein Shake", "The Fitness Addict Goes To the Gym After the Club" and "The Fitness Addict Goes Grocery Shopping". In this video I try to keep things more on the educational side (though it does contain plenty of comedy as well) and give a full breakdown of Tyrone Esix's tricep exercise form and the overall tricep workout structure in general to help you get the very best results in the gym. This isn't intended as a full blown Fitness Addict roast, so don't take this too seriously and please don't leave a bunch of negativity on his channel.
