Join this channel to get access to perks: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCEwJRNe8bUJw-3H9jzXuFSw/join Amazon Store Links https://www.amazon.com/shop/cooking_with_tammy Sweet And Sour Sour Chicken Recipe 1 tbsp oil 1 1b chicken breast cubed 1/4 cup cornstarch or cornflour 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp white pepper 1 egg 1/2 onion 1/2 red bell pepper 1/2 green bell pepper Sweet And Sour Sauce 2/3 cup water 3 tbsp sugar 3 tbsp ketchup 3 tbsp vinegar 2 tbsp pineapple juice 1 tbsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Coat with beaten egg and cornstarch. Add oil to a wok or skillet and fry the chicken until brown. Remove and set aside. Drain excess oil and add veggies and stir-fry In a separate bowl, add water, ketchup, sugar, vinegar, pineapple juice and combine. Pour the mixture into the pan and heat over medium heat until the sauce thickens up.
