| Video Discription | Ingredients: 1 block tamarind (package may say seedless) Directions: 1. Bring a pot of water to boil 2. Tear the tamarind block into pieces and place them in a large bowl 3. Pour over enough hot water to just cover the tamarind and let it sit for 30min (cool enough to touch) 4. Massage the tamarind for a min 5. Pour the mixture (in batches) through a sieve and into another bowl. Use a spoon to press through and to scrape the bottom of the sieve 6. Transfer the mixture to a pot on medium high heat and cook for 5-8min stirring constantly 7.
