| Video Discription | The Bottoms Up Draft Beer Dispenser should be rinsed out and cleaned on a daily basis in order to maintain proper performance. Be sure to add it to your closing duties to help avoid necessary build up, sticking nozzle posts, fruit flies, etc. It takes only a minute and goes along way to getting the most out of the system. DO NOT SOAK NOZZLES. Steps are as follows: 1. Rinse the drain rack with sanitation fluid 2. Tip the drain rack up 3. Remove nozzles by turning them counter clockwise 4. Dunk each nozzle in a non-chlorine sanitation fluid and move the nozzle head up and down on it's post one or twice. 5. Dunk/Rinse each nozzle in water. 5. Rinse/Pour sanitation fluid over the exposed valves and drain pan 6. Put nozzles back on dispenser by turning them clockwise until tight.
