Boba I use: https://amzn.to/3DqT1aL ✨ R E C I P E ✨ 1. Peel and dice mangoes (ripe, sweet mangoes preferred). 2. Add 1/3 cup diced mango with 2 tbsp sugar and purée/blend together. 3. In a bowl, mix mango puree and 1 tbsp tapioca starch. 4. Microwave for 1 min. Let cool for 1-2 min. 5. Add 1/2 cup tapioca starch and mix it into the dough. I use a spoon while the dough is still hot, but once it’s cool enough to touch, I start using my hands. 6. Gradually knead in another 1/2-1 cup of tapioca starch until the dough is smooth and not too sticky to the touch. 7. Roll them into boba balls and lightly dust in tapioca starch to prevent them from sticking together. 8. Boil them for 20 minutes, strain out the water and rinse in warm water. 9. Soak in sweetener — I used mango syrup from Oakland Tea Co (https://oaklandteacompany.com/ [use code FEEDMEIMEI for $$ off]) but normal sugar, honey, etc. works! 10. Add to your drink of choice and enjoy!
