DIRECTIONS -In a large bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and oregano -Using kitchen shears, trim off the skin and fat and add thighs to the bowl -Massage marinade into the meat and ensure it is evenly coated.
