We manage it with daily medication and a strict diet. She can do everything a non-epi dog can and will sass you while doing it! Epileptic dogs can live awesome and normal lives and Phoenix is proof! She is also a bionic dog, having had a metal plate surgically installed to stabilize her knee after she tore her ACL. She is my actual hero. Our dog Gryphon is a rescue from spcaLA: https://spcala.com/ She was found crossing an intersection in Long Beach, California. She is just so grateful to be here and gives the best (and the most) kisses. Our dog Falcon was a rescue from Husky House: www.huskyhouse.org She was on the kill list at a shelter in New York City after she was labeled un-adoptable. Husky House pulled her from the list and thank goodness they did because she became the most helpful member of the family.
