The movie stars Prabhu as the titular role of Chinna Thambi, an uneducated village simpleton and Kushboo as Nandini, a home tutored wealthy girl and is a story of love, family bonds and typical south Indian village sentiments. With an outstanding Song and Score by IIlaiaraaja, this was a huge hit. There is a bit of distortion in the Center section of the audio. I assume it was because of the saturation of the tape that was used at the time. This is something extremely difficult to remove.
