(PSALM 127:1 KJV) EXPLANATION: I greet you in the mighty name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Today we will meditate on the verse from Psalm 127:1, "Except the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it:..." Satan wages war against the family, against family unity. Because the family is a God-ordained institution. That was the first government. But Satan makes the family a battlefield. Today in families there are husbands who beat their wives. There are disobedient wives. There are couples who live in the same house but do not talk to each other and do not forgive each other. As a result, families that should be considered heaven are turned into hell. Bitter quarrels develop in a family where God's love should exist. It is the children in the family who suffer the most. Seeing that it is not good for man to be alone, God made him a suitable companion. What a blessing it is to have love, unity and unity in the family! If two people in the family are of one mind, the Lord will bless their prayers. When two are gathered together in His name, the Lord's presence descends. If one chases a thousand, a husband and wife together will chase ten thousand. three fold cord does not break quickly. Many families in the West are broken. A man and a woman live together without getting married and break up with minor problems. Children are affected by this and grow up as orphans. In the end, they become addicted to drugs and perish. The scriptures say, "Except the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it:.." (Psalm 127:1). Family prayer is necessary to build a family together. 'A house without family prayer is a house without a roof'. So encourage the unity of the family. There are many houses that Jesus entered. "...Zacchaeus, make haste, and come down; for to day I must abide at thy house." (Luke 19:5). When the Lord entered that house, salvation came to that house. When the Lord entered the house of Jairus, he raised his dead daughter to life. He entered Peter's aunt's house and performed a miracle by removing the fever. He came to Lazarus' house in Bethany. He raised the dead Lazarus to life. He stands at the door of your house today and knocks (Revelation 3:20). How is your house? Is there a place for peace lord? Beloved, take care that jealousy and bitterness are not in the family. Give importance to the Lord and honor him and put him before him. Then the presence of God will be complete in your family. Everything we do by our own efforts is like a house built on sand. Storms will blow, waves will crash, and our efforts may fail. But if we firmly believe in God, we will lay a solid foundation that will not fail. Does your house have a sign? Once the police asked a lost child, "Can you tell me the sign of your house?"
