Link of Kimami Sewai: https://youtu.be/XeFYSxC4u3A Preparation Time: 15 Minutes Cook Time: 45 Minutes No. Of Serve: 10 Persons #Ingredients: * Sewai - 1/2 Packet OR 1 Bowl * Milk - 4 Litre (As per your required quantity) * Rice - 1 Teaspoon * Sugar - 2 Small Bowl * Ghee - 2 Tablespoon * Small Cardamom - 4 * Dry Fruits - Any of your choice #Method: Before you start, keep all the ingredients ready. #Process for roasting the sewai * Take a pan add ghee 1 tablespoon, sewai. * Roast sewai till they become golden-brown in colour (keep stirring). #Preparation for making sewai * Boil the milk. * Add small cardamom 4, rice 1 teaspoon. * Stir constantly till milk boils. * Once milk comes to its boiling point - then keep stirring constantly till milk reduces to half (Remember milk should not get burned). * After constant stirring for 20 minutes milk is reduced. * Now add sugar 2 small bowls. * Again mix constantly for 20 minutes. * Milk gets thicker then add ghee 1 tablespoon and mix. * Add roasted sewai and mix all. * Now place a lid and let sewai cook. * Once sewai is cooked add dry fruits (any dry fruits of your choice). * Mix all dry fruits and turn off the gas. * Cool it and then refrigerate and serve chilled. * Sheer Khurma Sewai is ready!
