INGREDIENTS: 1 Ripe red Grapefruit 2 Kiwi fruits 8-10 Strawberries 2 Tangerines 1 Large Apple 1 medium-size ripe Banana 50 ml Water 8-10 Agar Agar Powder 350 ml Milk 200 g Condensed Milk 200 g Yogurt or Sour Cream METHOD: 1. Prepare the Fruit: - Skin the rind of the grapefruit and remove the white mesocarp. - Slice the grapefruit in half, and then slice one half again. - Peel the kiwi fruits and slice them into round shapes about 1/3 inch thick. - Prepare the strawberries by cutting them into halves. - Peel the tangerines, separate the segments of one, and slice the other into four or five parts. - Cube the apple, avoiding the core. - Slice the banana. 2. Arrange the Fruit: - Use a glass kitchen utensil that can contain 1.5 liters. Arrange the fruit slices at the bottom to your liking. 3.
