Udang menjadi bahan masakan favorit karena cepat matang dan memiliki rasa yang lezat. Berbeda dengan udang goreng mentega, di resep ini aku tidak menggoreng udang melainkan hanya pan seared. Pan seared atau searing adalah teknik memasak dengan temperatur yang tinggi (menggunakan pan) untuk memberikan tekstur yang crunchy pada permukaan daging (beef, poultry, atau ikan). Kumpul keluarga jadi momen tepat untuk menyajikan hidangan ini saat makan bersama. Resep Udang Oseng Mentega (untuk 1-2 porsi) Bahan: 200 gr udang kupas 1 bawang bombai 3 siung bawang merah halus 2 siung bawang putih halus 1 batang daun bawang 1 ruas jahe 5 cabai rawit 1 tomat 4 sdm margarin 2 sdm kecap manis Lombok Gandaria 1 sdm kecap asin Lombok Gandaria 1 sdm saus tiram 1 sdm saus tomat 2 sdt kecap inggris Langkah: 1. Cuci udang lalu belah punggungnya 2. Iris bawang bombai, cabai rawit, dan daun bawang 3. Buang biji tomat, potong kotak 4. Lelehkan margarin, masak udang setengah matang lalu sisihkan 5. Tunggu hingga air dalam margarin habis, masukkan irisan bawang bombai, cabai rawit, bagian putih daun bawang, tomat, bawang merah halus, bawang putih halus, dan jahe geprek. Tumis hingga wangi 6. Tambahkan kecap manis Lombok Gandaria, kecap asin Lombok Gandaria, saus tiram, saus tomat dan kecap inggris 7. Masukkan udang dan irisan daun bawang yang bagian hijau, masak hingga bumbu meresap 8. Rinse the shrimp and devein. 2. Slice the onion, bird's eye chili, and leeks. 3. Remove the tomato seeds and dice. 4. Melt the margarine and sauté the shrimp until half cooked. Set aside. 5. Wait until the water in the margarine evaporates. Add the sliced onion, bird's eye chili, the white part of the leeks, tomato, mashed shallots, mashed garlic, and pounded ginger. Sauté until fragrant. 6. Add the Lombok Gandaria sweet soy sauce, Lombok Gandaria soy sauce, oyster sauce, tomato sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. 7. Add the shrimp and the green part of the leeks.
