So I need to create simple Underwater scene for work and I found this really cool tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pjdmXYRzAWg Everything you see was done in under 20min and the effect is pretty neat. I did two things different: I used the "CC Bubbles" Effect and set it to "Faded out" to get the Bubbles. Instead of using a Depth Map, I just put the blur on an Adjustment Layer and masked it.
