| Video Discription | Persimmon Homes and Symphony Kitchens are at it again! 10 months since moving into our property we are still without a fit for purpose kitchen, which is still a fire risk! They are non-committal, take no responsibility, don't reply to emails, phone calls and pleas for help and assistance. Follow this journey as we look to have 150 faults (soley in our kitchen) replaced and repaired. Our home had in excess of 200 snags since moving in during December 2020. Every single window had to be replaced as they were damaged. The lights above the shower were not fitted correctly. The oven bulges when being used as its kit been installed correctly. Persimmon left us without proper working central heating from December 23rd 2020 to May'21 There was writing on the walls 3/4 of our home was unpainted - they told us we were imaging it. To then be told, we were correct.
