| Video Discription | उपनिषद् हिन्दू धर्म के महत्त्वपूर्ण श्रुति धर्म ग्रन्थ हैं। ये वैदिक वाङ्मय के अभिन्न भाग हैं। ये संस्कृत में लिखे गये हैं। इनकी संख्या लगभग २०० है, किन्तु मुख्य उपनिषद १३ हैं। हर एक उपनिषद किसी न किसी वेद से जुड़ा हुआ है। इनमें परमेश्वर, परमात्मा-ब्रह्म और आत्मा के स्वभाव और सम्बन्ध का बहुत ही दार्शनिक और ज्ञान पूर्वक वर्णन दिया गया है। उपनिषदों में कर्मकाण्ड को 'अवर' कहकर ज्ञान को इसलिए महत्व दिया गया कि ज्ञान स्थूल (जगत और पदार्थ) से सूक्ष्म (मन और आत्मा) की ओर ले जाता है। ब्रह्म, जीव और जगत् का ज्ञान पाना उपनिषदों की मूल शिक्षा है। भगवद्गीता तथा ब्रह्मसूत्र, उपनिषदों के साथ मिलकर वेदान्त की 'प्रस्थानत्रयी' कहलाते हैं। ब्रह्मसूत्र और गीता कुछ सीमा तक उपनिषदों पर आधारित हैं। भारत की समग्र दार्शनिक चिन्तनधारा का मूल स्रोत उपनिषद-साहित्य ही है। इनसे दर्शन की जो विभिन्न धाराएं निकली हैं, उनमें 'वेदान्त दर्शन' का अद्वैत सम्प्रदाय प्रमुख है। उपनिषदों के तत्त्वज्ञान और कर्तव्यशास्त्र का प्रभाव भारतीय दर्शन के अतिरिक्त धर्म और संस्कृति पर भी परिलक्षित होता है। उपनिषदों का महत्त्व उनकी रोचक प्रतिपादन शैली के कारण भी है। कर्इ सुन्दर आख्यान और रूपक, उपनिषदों में मिलते हैं। the oldest scriptures of Hinduism, the Vedas, that deal with meditation, philosophy, and ontological knowledge; other parts of the Vedas deal with mantras, benedictions, rituals, ceremonies, and sacrifices.Among the most important literature in the history of Indian religions and culture, the Upanishads played an important role in the development of spiritual ideas in ancient India, marking a transition from Vedic ritualism to new ideas and institutions.Of all Vedic literature, the Upanishads alone are widely known, and their central ideas are at the spiritual core of Hinduism. #Upanishad #Education #HinduScriptures Religion World is an initiative to cover all religions, spiritual practices, traditions, beliefs, astrology, meditation and every aspect of faith.
