| Video Discription | Air-fried Baked Vada Pav: A fusion of tradition and innovation that satisfies both your cravings and your health goals. - Ingredients: - 1 cup All-purpose flour - 1 tbsp Active dry yeast - 1 tbsp Oil - Salt, to taste - 1 tbsp Sugar - 1/4 cup Milk - Water, as required - 2 Boiled potatoes - 1 tbsp 3G paste (Ginger, Garlic, Green chili) - Salt, to taste - 1 tsp Turmeric (Haldi) - 1 tsp Sugar - 1 tsp Chaat masala - 1 tsp Garam masala - 1 Lemon - 1 tbsp Oil - 1 tsp Rai (Mustard seeds) - 3-4 Kadi patta (Curry leaves) - A pinch of Hing (Asafoetida) - 1 tsp Urad dal - Directions: 1. Combine all-purpose flour, active dry yeast, oil, salt, sugar, and milk in a bowl. 2. Knead the mixture into a soft dough, adding water as required. 3. Let the dough rest for 30-35 minutes to allow it to rise. 4. Mash boiled potatoes in a bowl, add 3G paste (ginger, garlic, green chili), salt, turmeric, sugar, chaat masala, garam masala, and lemon juice. Mix well. 5. After the resting time, make small roundels from the dough. Stuff each roundel with the prepared potato filling, cover it, and let them rest for another 10-15 minutes. 6. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for a 10 minutes. 7. Place the stuffed vadas in the air fryer basket and bake for 20 minutes. 8. Serve with ketchup and chutney. Enjoy your baked vada pav!
