| Video Discription | Hey, Vanrc team is here and we would like to share one of our penthouse renovation project with you in this video. In 2016, it only took 60 days to completed. Now let's talk about our project in details. To begin with, we replaced the Wall-mounted wooden sideboard and attached a tv above the newly designed fireplace wall. In addition, we changed all blinds to bright colour with motorized system and we add smart home system to control all electrical devices , such a as lighting , Aircondition, blinds, sound speakers and much more from smart phone. We added Custom Interior Glass Railing Design with the oak wood handle and hardwood flooring for the stairs to access living area to the alfresco designed outdoor patio on the rooftop. We also changed the colour of the windows to the bright white colour. Next, we added air conditioning for the overall unit. One of the nicest interior design features we created for our customers was a narrow wedge-shaped spiral staircase we built to add 250 square feet to a previously unaccessible region within the property and turn it into a modest office space with a 180-degree view of the city and water. Not to mention the kitchen, we renovated it with a high gloss white and gray wood panels with the best Quartz countertop and used high end appliances to furnished the this incredible kitchen design . Furthermore, we designed a bright-colored bathroom, added a steam sauna and double rain shower, and changed the tiles with the best under layer waterproofing system.
