Stir fry for 1-2 minutes. Then add your bok choy, garlic and ginger and stir fry for an additional 2 minutes. Add the vermicelli, soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir until well combined. An easy way is to use two forks and toss until the vegetables are well combined with the vermicelli. Serve as a side dish, lunch, dinner or even a night snack.
