Set the "Wave Speed" to 0.1 7. Set the "Pinning" to "All Edges" 8. Apply the video preset, "VR Digital Glitch" on your desired clip. 9. Set the "Distortion Rate" to 0% 10. Apply the video preset, "Noise" on your desired clip. 11. Set the "Amount of Noise" to 20%. 12. Use the "Color Curves" in "Lumetri Color" to decrease highlights, increase shadows, and decrease saturation & vibrance.
