Ingredients: 1 and 3/4 cups water 1 cup plain distilled vinegar 2 cups sugar 1/2 head of large cabbage 2 carrots I could not believe how much I liked this the first time I tried this. Much better to cool in refrigerator overnight. I hope you try this! Makes 16 small 4 ounce servings. You can also transform this recipe into creamy cole slaw.
