| Video Discription | What is it like to walk around in one of China's largest cities on a Friday night? We took a walk through a few of *Beijing's most popular Hutongs* (the traditional alleyways of Beijing) to find out! First we explore Nanluoguxiang, a narrow alley right in the heart of Beijing with both old and new traditional architecture. Due to it's many shops, restaurants and bars, Nanluoguxiang has become a hotspot for both locals and tourists both by day and at night. After a short walk along Gulou East Road, which ends in the Beijing Drum tower, we switch gears at Wudaoying alley. Compared to Nanluoguxiang, Wudaoying is a bit less known, which gives it an even more authentic Beijing feel. Besides the regular coffee shops and bars, this hutong is also home to School Bar: one of China's most popular punk rock venues!
