| Video Discription | Over the past year I’ve been learning a little more about the importance of soil health, biodiversity in our ecosystems, as well as the deleterious effects of monocropping. Now, while I will most likely not go back to university to study sustainable agricultural practices, or start my own permaculture farm, I’m smitten with the concept and the promise it holds ... What does this have to do with nervous system health you may ask? While learning* about this this past year, I couldn't help but draw some parallels between these topics (and realities) with superior regulation and health in a human system.
