| Video Discription | Having been sent two pairs of mis-sized Dundee Plus shoes I decided to try the Dundee which is lower at the back but otherwise the same - allegedly! The sole was the right size in length and 1 cm wider than the previous two pairs so the same as all my other Birkis so I really thought I'd cracked it this time. Unfortunately the top rivets that secure the side flaps to the uppers have been put on too close together and even with the laces right out you cannot open up the shoe enough to get your foot in. As a regular/normal fit the wearer is not going to have slim feet so this should be considered. As they are all hand made I tried to find out if this pair was unusual or if they were all made the same but don't bother with their customer "service" phone line unless you want to buy something as that is all they can do. They pass the message on to the production team and they don't reply to emails - 12 days now and no information forthcoming. _4tZtRqBHaM |
