| Video Discription | The Brian Desmond Hurst Estate in conjunction with The Ards and North Down Museum presented an eight week exhibition on Hurst in June/July 2014 entitled Holywood Arches to Hollywood. The exhibition included several short films on Hurst and this piece focused on his very last film The Playboy of the Western World (1962). Hurst on Film 1928-1970 is available on Amazon kindle and as paperback. By leading writer for TV, radio and stage Stephen Wyatt (who helped Brian prepare his memoirs in the mid 1970s) and Hurst's x3 niece Caitlin Smith (who had access to the vast Hurst archives). It is lavishly produced at over 600 pages and 1,000 images and includes The Playboy of the Wester World.
