| Video Discription | Full body stretching With these yoga exercises, it is always good to start with warm ups in order to get your body loose. To begin, with the first exercise, I am in the sitting position where my legs are spread, almost in a split. This particular stretch benefits your back as well as your sides of your torso, specifically your latissimus dorsi muscles. The second exercise, I will be in a squatting position with my legs spread. This helps with the stretching of your leg muscles, as well as your buttocks. For the third exercise, I am in a prone position on the floor. I will arch my back, slowly pushing up with my arms. This helps the lower back muscles. If you are advanced, you can reach back with your arm and grab hold of your ankle or foot. The fourth exercise, I will squat with one leg stretched out lengthwise.
